Our exchange students who used our HSI airport assistance service were guided through the chaotic busy Christmas period and safely boarded on their flights so that they could be welcomed home by their parents.
Our students, like HSI Student Blogger Kim Becker, have been using their time back home to be with friends and family. Others, such as Miriam Porta Fatjo, have reacquainted themselves with their natural surroundings while our creative traveller, Lea Richter, welcomed in the New Year using her environment. However, while they’ve easily slipped back into home life and comforts, many of our students are missing their new friends that they’ve made while learning English abroad in the UK and Ireland. Some can’t wait to return to their exciting lives as a young travelling exchange student in search of new experiences to grow from.
Our HSI staff are busy at work preparing for their arrival so that when our students arrive, they can smoothly settle back into the lives they’ve made for themselves while living abroad. Their second half of their school year is about to begin and while 2016 is over, our students have the memories they made while studying abroad under HSI’s guardianship to inspire them to new adventures in 2017 to create magical memories that will stay with them for a lifetime
