STUDENT ADVISOR Who We Are HSI has been a leader in providing educational opportunities and guardianship for international secondary school students in Ireland for over 30 years. Our team, based in Temple Bar, Dublin City Centre, is growing, and we’re looking for dynamic and positive 'Go-Getters' to join us! Our Student Supports Crew is the heart of our business! They work hard, have fun, and love supporting our students, schools, and host families. Our Student Advisors are problem solvers, creative thinkers, and team players! These roles can be full-time or part-time, with the option to be based in our Dublin office (minimum 2 days per week) or regionally. The position requires travel across Ireland during the school year. Travel expenses are covered in addition to salary. What You Will Be Doing - Being the face of HSI with our students, host families, and schools - Supporting students as they settle into their new environments and throughout their placement - Conducting monthly visits to schools, host families, and students - Maintaining contact via social media with students outside of visits - Keeping our CRM updated with records of communications - Creating progress and welfare reports for each student - Recruiting and supporting host families and assigning students - Assisting with induction, compliance, safeguarding, and administrative activities What We Need You to Have - Permission to work full-time in Ireland - Fluency in English (CEFR C1 or C2) - Full, clean driving license and car (regular travel required) - An optimistic outlook and a willingness to get involved! What Would Be Desirable, But Not Essential - Knowledge of the Irish education system - Experience in an educational setting Successful candidates will undergo Garda Vetting and Level 1 training in Children First & Child Protection
